EDILTECO–Thermal insulation in construction industry

The Edilteco’s range of products specific for Thermal Insulation includes: - POLITERM BLU – The most complete range of superlight and highly thermal insulating aggregates in virgin expanded polystyrene beads with controlled density. Premixed pearl by pearl with E.I.A. additive in the production phase, which allows perfect mixing with the water binder, homogeneous distribution in the mix and perfect pumping, thus eliminating the beads from floating in the casting. With the POLITERM BLU products, you can prepare light and thermal insulating concrete without using sand. POLITERM BLU is available in bags of 200 and 500 yielded litres and in two different granulometries: curved of Ø 3-6 mm or constant of Ø 2 mm. There is also a Politerm version, named POLITERM BLU READY MIX, specific for the use in batch plants. - ISOLCAP – It is a complete range of ready-mixed, lightweight thermo-insulating mortars to use for screeds, under screeds and roofs, composed by very light inert material obtained from virgin expanded polystyrene beads with controlled density and treated with the special E.I.A. additive. The ready-mixed mortars of the ISOLCAP range have the following features: - grant constancy and homogeneity of the dosage and thermal as well as mechanical characteristics; - do not shrink neither in the laying phase nor in the drying phase; - have a complete stability of the admixture in time. The castings do not crack and do not swell; - the admixtures can be pumped to any height without suffering physical or mechanical changes; - are light, easily laid and transported; - have controlled, non-corrosive pH, therefore the admixtures do not trigger reactions with the materials with which they get in contact. The ISOLCAP range is composed by: ISOLCAP the lightest and with the highest thermal insulation; ISOLCAP FEIN suitable for single-layer screeds with direct gluing of final floors; ISOLCAP MAX with compressive strength; ISOLCAP SPEED with quick drying; ISOLCAP XX reinforced with polypropylene fibres. - ISOLTECO – Ready mixed plaster with high thermal insulating power, based on water binders, virgin expanded polystyrene beads and special additives. - ISOLTECO WALL – Ready mixed plaster with high thermal insulating power, based on low-dosage water binders, virgin expanded polystyrene beads and special additives. Specific for air spaces and ventilated walls. - ISOLSAN – Ready mixed dehumidifying plaster with high thermal insulating power, based on macroporous water binders, virgin expanded polystyrene beads and special additives. - BLUISOTERM – Thermal insulating, transpiring, self extinguishing sheets, in pigmented sintered expanded polystyrene.
