The Bed and Breakfast “Il Centro” is situated in La Spezia a few kilometers away from Cinque Terre on the splendid Gulf of Poets between Lerici, Portovenere and Palmaria Island.
The rooms are situated in an historic building in a pedestrian area with many restaurants and shops. It is an ideal district for shopping and walking. “Il Centro” is a few steps away from the Civico Theater, the principal museums (Museum Lia, Naval Museum, Gallery of Modern Art, Museum of SIGILLO), the public gardens and the seafront of the town where the boats to Cinque Terre, Lerici, Palmaria Island, Portovenere, Portofino and other places on the Riviera di Levante depart. The train station, from which it is possible to take the train to Cinque Terre, is also within short walking distance. A taxi station and the main bus lines are also available a few steps away from the building.
The rooms have been completely redone in 2006 and are furnished with taste and elegance. The hall and the reception are on the ground floor, while the rooms overlooking the pedestrian area are situated on the first floor. The bed and breakfast “Il Centro” offers a list of bars, ice cream shops and restaurants to guests wishing to spend a few days in our town.
